As we drove through south east Utah I couldn't help taking these pictures. Most of them were taken from inside the car as we sped along the highway. The landscape was incredible!
Are you kidding me, that's my backyard! What in the world were you doing there? I wish I would've known you were passing through, I would've had you stop by my parent's house for dinner.
I did pull at my heart strings to see that country side. As a child I went camping at Dead Horse point and other such places all the time. I thought of Josephine Katherine Chatterly Wood as we drove past the turnoff for Lake Powell. She went through the hole in the rock as a 5 year old. Jodi, we spent too much time visiting grandkids and children to even stop for more than a bathroom brake. But as I said before, my heart strings are being pulled pretty hard.
I have been married for 31 years. I was married in Provo, Utah on Feb. 4, 1977, to Jonathan W. Snow, Jr. I have 7 children. I have had one born every day of the week and I'm not going for every day of the month!
My favorite color has always been a deep Red with blues in it. As a child my favorite crayon was red violet. Other names this color goes by is claret and burgundy.
I am a religious person. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
I am the 6th child of 13. I grew up in Orem, Utah. I graduated from high school in 1974 and attended 2 1/2 years of college before I got married. I still have two children at home but don't have a desire to pursue a career. Instead I am using my time to volunteer in my community.
If asked if I collect things I would have to say bread books and snowmen. I'm married to the best snowman ever!
