I was looking for a recipe for crackle bread and stumbled on this blog. It's called The knead for bread. I have a link for it now. I don't think I'll ever have to buy another bread book. I'll have to try some of these recipes. If I was more computer literate I'd leave a web link here. I think the web site is www.kneadforbread.com

They did look wonderful. The leek and cheese filled bread looked pretty good too.
