45 quarts? Wow, it took us 7 months to go through 12 quarts last year. Love your Blog!

That brings back some fond memories of picking corn with the Snows last year. Except that we didn't actually have to pick any since it was ready for us when we showed up.--And if I remember correctly, I was supposed to help you freeze it but decided to go to Utah on the spur of the moment. Sorry to leave you in a lurch, but it looks like you had plenty of good help this time.
I have been married for 31 years. I was married in Provo, Utah on Feb. 4, 1977, to Jonathan W. Snow, Jr. I have 7 children. I have had one born every day of the week and I'm not going for every day of the month!
My favorite color has always been a deep Red with blues in it. As a child my favorite crayon was red violet. Other names this color goes by is claret and burgundy.
I am a religious person. I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
I am the 6th child of 13. I grew up in Orem, Utah. I graduated from high school in 1974 and attended 2 1/2 years of college before I got married. I still have two children at home but don't have a desire to pursue a career. Instead I am using my time to volunteer in my community.
If asked if I collect things I would have to say bread books and snowmen. I'm married to the best snowman ever!

Wow, that's a lot of corn! I miss the good sweet corn of Iowa. Stuff out here just isn't quite the same. I think it's the reclaimed water they use.
I know have 45 quarts of corn in the freezer! My feet hurt and so does my back! I'm glad its done.
Yummy! That sounds so good. Can we come over and eat some :0)?
you are welcome any time!

We'd love to have you!
Eliza, I'm afraid if I sent some to you it wouldn't be keeping the work of wisdom by the time it got to you. Might be a bit like corn whiskey :D
yum...we've got some in our backyard... unfortunately not in our current backyard though. I guess it's off to the Farmer's Market for us.
