OK, I need your opinions! Which do you like best.
Do you like it with the red only border?
Do you like it with the dark border only?
Do you like it with the two borders together?
When I do the sashing should I put red squares at the corners of all the blocks or dark squares?
Should I put a thin light border between the red and dark boarders?
From left to right, top to bottom these are the books we read.
Persuasion, The Secret Garden, Jane Eyre
The Good Earth, Watership Down, The Christmas Box
Artemus Fowl, The Life of Pi, The Giver
Harry Potter (all 7), Wives and Daughters, The Jungle Book

I don't think you can see it very clearly but the dark fabric is black with a brown leafy vine motif on it.
I like the black border only. Very nice! I wish I could do things like this!
I like either the plain dark or red and dark together. Very cool squares for each book. I didn't know you read The Good Earth. I read that too for a book club back in Chicago and was very disappointed when the meeting was rescheduled and I was unable to discuss the book. I'm pleased to say I have read six (I counted all Harry Potters as 1) of your book club books. I just finished John Adams so I'm ready to begin something new. Lauren has almost finished the second book in the Frog Princess series. She really likes them and I do too. Every now and then I skip a word or phrase, usually "stupid", but it's a cute story.
